Tele Caller

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
  • Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly to customers
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with customers to close sales or collect feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
  • Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication
