Branch Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
  • Manage and lead branch staff to achieve business and operational targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, revenue, and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and analyze key metrics
  • Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate branch employees
  • Control branch expenses and optimize operational costs
