1. Replacement Policy

We currently do not offer product exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re happy to assist.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Replacement delivery will occur within 5–7 working days.


2. How to Request a Replacement

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Medicines and consumables (unless received damaged or defective)

  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale on the product page


4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are provided only under the following conditions:

  • Product not delivered

  • Product out of stock after your order is placed
