• After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
• The replacement will generally be delivered within 5–7 working days.

• Opened, used or tampered products.
• Medicines and consumables (unless received damaged or defective).
• Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page.
